What Keap is designed to address

Keap’s May 2022 demonstration describes a contact database, activity histories, segmentation and follow-up automations. These are useful evaluation starting points, not verification of the current interface or plan entitlements.

A practical small business example

A service company can record a new inquiry, assign a next action, send an appropriate follow-up and review its history before a conversation. Confirm today’s integrations, messaging limits, implementation help and contract details with the vendor.

Questions to ask before changing software

  • Who owns this step when an automation fails?
  • What data or permission is needed before a message is sent?
  • How will we measure whether the process improved?
  • What will this workflow cost to operate and maintain?
